With more than 385,000 home care members, SEIU is the largest and strongest home care workers union in America. By joining together in SEIU, in other states agency home care workers have built coalitions with consumers, advocates, and elected officials to win higher wages, health coverage, better benefits and a voice on the job.

When we unite and form a union with SEIU District 1199, there is strength in numbers and we speak with one voice. Agency workers get the chance to participate in decisions that affect our work and advocate for the best quality care for our clients.
