Fitness Welcomes Two New Instructors
Jessica Budinsky is ready to assist members get into condition by Spinning.
Kelley Deibert and Jessica Budinsky recently joined the JCC's Diamond Family Fitness Center staff – just in time to get everyone looking their best for Spring Break and swimsuit season.
Deibert, who has been a spinning instructor for more than eight years, holds certifications through Schwinn and Mad Dog. She will be leading a new Friday morning class, beginning in February.
Budinsky, a full-time college student, is joining the JCC as a group exercise and spinning instructor. She holds certifications in several exercise disciplines and will be taking over the Monday, 6 p.m., spin class. In addition, she will also be teaching a Tuesday, 6 a.m., circuit class for all of our early risers.
