Muirfield Hospitality House a success with members
Experience Columbus staff entertained clients and members at the Hospitality House.
More than 2,880 guests enjoyed the Memorial Tournament in VIP style by participating in the Experience Columbus Hospitality Program June 3-7.
Sixty-six businesses participated in the program, designed to provide an affordable and convenient way to entertain clients, staff and customers. Experience Columbus hosted more than 340 state and national meeting planners, tour operators and other guests.
“We were delighted with the turnout this year. We’ve offered a hospitality house for more than 25 years and want to thank our members for their continued support of this event – especially in today’s economy,” said Carol Allerding, director of events/sponsorship development.
The Hospitality House is located at a private residence along the third fairway. Amenities included unlimited food and drink, free off-site parking at The Mall at Tuttle Crossing, shuttle service to and from the Hospitality House, private restrooms and direct access to the golf course for PGA ticket holders.
Hospitality Club members received the ultimate in VIP treatment, as Experience Columbus distributed their tournament tickets at the event.
